Our Decision-Making Structure

Executive Board

Responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of Tero Carbon. It implements approved strategies and decisions, ensuring operational compliance.

Steering Committee

The collegiate body with responsibility for strategic oversight. It approves new versions of programs, methodologies, and policies, and deliberates on complex cases and grievances.

Advisory Council

Comprised of renowned external experts, this body provides independent strategic, technical, and market advice, without voting power, thereby strengthening our decisions.
