Tero Carbon Opens Call for Registration of Validation/Verification Bodies (VVBs)

Tero Carbon, a Brazilian certifier of environmental assets headquartered in Manaus/AM, announces the opening of a call for the registration of Validation/Verification Bodies (VVBs) interested in participating in its Certification Programs. This initiative aims to expand and qualify its network of VVBs, ensuring the robustness and integrity of the carbon project certification processes across Brazil.

We are seeking VVBs that share our commitment to quality, transparency, and integrity in the carbon market. Selected VVBs will have the opportunity to work on projects of various scales, including both nature-based solutions (NBS) and technology-based solutions (TBS), contributing to the promotion of environmental and economic sustainability in the country.

Acceptance criteria vary according to project scale. To consult the hiring guidelines, please access the document “VVB Selection Criteria” available on our dedicated VVB page. On this page, you will also find the registration fees, which vary depending on the project scale in which the VVB wishes to operate. Credentialing is completed after completing a specific training on Tero Carbon’s Certification Programs and Methodologies.
